Stars Fall To Senators in First Road Game of Season

The Stars lose their first road game of the season 4-1 to the Ottawa Senators on Monday night.

The Dallas Stars lost their first road game of the season 4-1 to the Ottawa Senators on Monday night. Defenseman John Klingberg scored the lone goal for the Stars.

Dallas led 1-0 until late in the second period when the Senators tied the game. Dallas had plenty of chances outshooting the Sens 38 to 25, but could only get a single goal past Ottawa goaltender Craig Anderson.

The Stars play again tonight facing the New Jersey Devils. Anton Khudobin is expected to get the start; Roman Polak and Roope Hintz are also expected to return to the lineup.
